St Mary's Christmas Tree Festival 2024

INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

St Mary’s Church Warwick will once again be hosting its popular Christmas Tree Festival in 2024. Opening on Warwick Victorian Evening, Thursday 28th November, the festival will run every day until Sunday 8th December.

In 2023 the Christmas Tree Festival attracted 6835 people over the ten days, who visited the town to admire decorated trees sponsored by over sixty exhibitors.

The Festival will include a variety of “wrap around” events, including entertainment from choirs and brass bands, visits from the Mayor and Father Christmas, mulled wine and mince pies, and a Pop-Up Café.

Why not sponsor a tree, and promote your business, organisation, or school? To cover costs, we ask for a minimum contribution of £35 per tree (£20 for schools and charities), and in return we supply a five-foot tree on a stable base, access to an electrical point for lights, and a dedicated display area. You can decorate it how you wish. The fee remains unchanged from last year. At the end of the festival, exhibitors have the option to purchase their tree should they wish to do so.

We will be inviting applications for trees from early September. Please email us at santa@stmaryschristmas.org.uk if you would like to take part.

It will be a marvellous start to the Christmas Season in Warwick – we look forward to hearing from you!
